MY IDEAS, MY CONCEPTS, MY WORDS, MY DIRECTION
You landed on the home to song lyrics by Shawn Lewis Hill. On this site you will find some of the stories I tell expressed in song. I write lyrics, I choose the style, genre, instrument types, and produce full compositions using modern generative tools. Ultimately, I would love to work with a band to recreate all of my songs, but in the mean-time...Enjoy!

The music industry is tough!

slappsys / October 23, 2025

Since jumping into the world of lyrics creation, I have gotten a quick education on just how difficult it is

I am only songwriter.
There is no band, no tours, no celebrity and no manufactured personality behind the music created with my lyrics, only the stories, good vibes and fun shared. I use A.I. tools to synthesize vocals and instruments so I can bring my lyrics to life, and will continue to do so until I can collaborate with some humans ;-)
